The Power of Breath in Pranayama
Pranayama is not just a technique — it’s a doorway into energy, awareness, and transformation.
In this teacher training, you’ll practice advanced breathwork, kriya, bandha, and subtle energy methods from the Himalayan tradition. You’ll experience pranayama as a complete system: a practice for healing, a path of awakening, and a foundation for conscious living.
What is Pranayama?
Pranayama, from the Sanskrit words prana (life force) and ayama (expansion), is the yogic science of breath. It goes beyond simple breathing exercises, working directly with the body’s energy systems to balance mind, awaken awareness, and support physical and spiritual well-being. In this course, pranayama is taught in its traditional depth — as a pathway to both inner healing and higher consciousness.
