THE PATH OF SWARA YOGA
Swara Yoga is the secret science of pranic intelligence, rooted in the yogic and tantric traditions of India.
This practice decodes the flow of life force (prana) through the nostrils and energy channels (nadis), revealing how breath connects with time, planetary energy, and inner consciousness. More subtle than pranayama, Swara Yoga goes beyond breath control—it is the inner code behind breath. Through it, one learns to align with the rhythms of nature, balance the elements within, and unlock the deeper wisdom hidden in the breath.
The Symbol of Swara Yoga
The Trishul of Shiva
The sacred trident held by Lord Shiva represents the three main nadis:
-
Left prong – Ida Nadi, the lunar, cooling channel
-
Right prong – Pingala Nadi, the solar, activating channel
-
Central prong – Sushumna Nadi, the central stream of awakening
When the breath becomes balanced and flows through Sushumna, the practitioner enters a higher state of consciousness, capable of piercing the chakras and merging individual awareness with universal truth.
UNDERSTANDING SWARA GYAN
The Secret Wisdom of the Breath
Swara Yoga Sadhana is considered by the ancient Rishis as the crown jewel of yogic science—more subtle, intense, and transformative than pranayama. While pranayama is its outer layer, Swara Gyan offers the inner code of life itself. This sacred path reveals how prana flows through the subtle body and teaches the practitioner to master energy, overcome disease, and live in harmony with universal intelligence.
Swara Gyan means “the knowledge of breath flow.” It maps the flow of prana through the nadis—ida, pingala, and sushumna—and explains how the breath influences health, clarity, and mood. It also offers methods to regulate energy through nostril awareness and align one’s actions with cosmic cycles. Passed down through the Siddha Rishis, this wisdom forms the heart of Swara Yoga Sadhana.
By mastering Swara Gyan, one can learn to act in harmony with time, restore inner balance, strengthen immunity, receive intuitive guidance, and access higher knowledge where no question of life remains unanswered.

According to sacred tradition, Swara Yoga was first revealed by Swayambhu Shiva — the self-born deity and source of yogic wisdom. Known as the “Secret within the Secret,” this practice is a gateway to the highest mastery of energy, timing, and consciousness.
